Ayurveda comes from an ancient lineage of wisdom rooted in India. I feel grateful to be able to learn from and work with these teachings, and I honour the many teachers and generations who have kept this knowledge alive.

My consultations are an offering of this wisdom in a way that is grounded, accessible and tailored to the individual.

reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence

Person sitting cross-legged in nature on dry grass practicing yoga and mediation, wearing a green sleeveless button-up top, black pants, and a turquoise beaded bracelet, with long brown hair.

Feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to your everyday life.

Ayurveda takes an individual approach to wellbeing using food, daily routines and lifestyle practices, and recognising that what supports one person may not be right for another.

Upon registering your interest in booking a consultation I will arrange a free 15 min call with you, just an informal chat where I will explain what’s involved and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions before you decide if it feels right for you.

The next step is setting a date for our 90 minute consultation, which can be done over a video call, or in person if you live local to Solihull, UK. The consultation will involve me asking about your medical history, daily routine, diet, sleep patterns, digestion and stress levels, plus any symptoms you’re experiencing.

Prior to the consultation you will be asked to fill out a pre-consultation form that can be submitted online, so that I have some of your information prior to our meeting (virtually or in person).

Within two weeks after the consultation we will meet again, where I will provide you with a detailed personal plan, tailored specifically to you.

A follow up appointment is recommended in another two weeks time, to review your situation and discuss any further recommendations or changes to your plan.
